Street Fighter 6 is out, Mortal Kombat 1 is on its way, and Tekken 8 is jumping into the mix. While there is still no confirmed release date, Bandai Namco has announced a closed network test beta that will hopefully kick-start the hype.

Tekken is one of the biggest fighting game franchises out there, known for its realistic feeling movements and exciting roster of fighters. The FGC has been awaiting Tekken 8 since it was announced in the Fall of 2022 and now they have a chance to experience it before the launch.

How to Get Into the Tekken 8 Closed Network Test Beta

There will be two closed network test beta sessions in July 2023, both of which will last for a weekend. The first session is for PlayStation 5 players exclusively. The second is for PC and Xbox Series X|S players.

If you want to participate in the closed network test beta, click here to go to the official website. You can sign up to be part of the beta, which allows Bandai Namco to monitor the gameplay experience thus far.

“We aim to obtain feedback on the quality of the network and gameplay. We would greatly appreciate it if all participants could provide feedback through an online survey that we plan to send out via email after the Closed Network Test. Your valuable opinions will be used as a reference for adjustments to the battle system,” the site reads.
