Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Ranked Play continues to be one of the best experiences in the game. However, the meta has shifted recently, following an update which saw a buff to the Striker 9 SMG. The Striker 9 has now become a go-to SMG for many of the top players, as it boasts little to no recoil and extremely fast ADS speed. Here’s the best loadout for the Striker 9, so you can dominate your next Ranked Play match.

Following the buff to the Striker 9, it has become the best choice for your SMG loadout in Modern Warfare 3 Ranked Play. This loadout is built for speed and control, allowing you to move around the map extremely quickly, but remain on target with all of your shots.
Firstly, we start with the Striker Recon Long Barrel and L4R Flash Hider, which both increase recoil control. This makes the Striker 9 not only great at close ranges, but also an exceptional choice for medium-range gunfights. The RB Crotalus Assault Stock further increases recoil control and also Aim Down Sights speed, with the Sakin ZX Grip also boosting the same attributes.
Finally, the DR-6 Handstop increases the mobility of the Striker 9, building the perfect close and medium-range SMG.

The Perks and Equipment available in MW3 Ranked Play are very restrictive, so these options are the best, and are unlikely to change. First, we use the Infantry Vest as this increases Tac Sprint duration, allowing you to move around the map quicker. The Commando Gloves allow you to reload while sprinting, making you extremely mobile on the map.
The Lightweight Boots increase movement speed, and are the perfect companion to the Infantry Vest, while EOD Padding reduces the impact of any Lethal grenades.
Finally, we use the Semtex and Stun Grenade, as these are great for clearing out buildings and corners in Hardpoint. However, both the Frag and Flash could be used here.
