Fans of Teamfight Tactics, Riot Games League of Legends inspired Strategy Game have a date for the next major update to the title. On March 20th, 2024, Inkborn Fables will be released for Patch 14.6. The new Teamfight Tactics patch will feature Little Legends as they journey across a magical, ancient world filled with creatures and heroes of myth and legend.
The patch will feature new champions, mechanics, traits, augments, cosmetics and both a new Pass and Pass+. Teamfight Tactics: Inkborn Fables will mark the 11th update for the PC strategy game, which features an eight person free-for-all where players must combine champions and items in various formations to defeat the seven other players in the match.
Since launching in 2019, Teamfight Tactics has been a top contender in the auto-battler genre by providing a fun and deep chess-like gameplay experience for all types of players on multiple platforms.
The trailer doesn’t spoil a lot about what players can expect from the Inkborn Fables Set, but what little it shows between a low-key hipster dinner party turned impromptu Teamfight Tactics developer meeting has gorgeous art and close-ups of various artists' tools.
Players should expect Aphelios, seen on the official art for Inkborn Fables, to be included along with his sister Alune. If the Spirit Blossom skin is an indicator, players could also be looking forward to the inclusion of other champions from that skin-line such as Yone, Sett and Thresh.
