As NFL Fans eagerly await Super Bowl LVIII, another Championship game is in the making with the Madden NFL 25 Championship Series which has just announced a partnership with Lexus. The Ultimate Madden Bowl will be presented by Lexus and take place digitally in the all-new Lexus Stadium where players will battle it out to be one of two teams that play in the Ultimate Madden Bowl live in front of a crowd at the House of Blues in Las Vegas on February 9th.

Over the past decade, more than 30 automotive companies have seen the potential in esports to reach a younger audience. With Lexus as a presenting sponsor of the biggest Madden NFL esports tournament of the year, they will also receive virtual naming rights to their own stadium within Madden NFL’s Ultimate Team mode. There will also be one of the newly-released 2024 Lexus GX onsite at the Ultimate Madden Bowl finale in Las Vegas.

Lexus’s partnership with the Madden NFL 24 Championship Series is the next in a growing way of companies that courting younger consumers through esports and gaming -- many are just the right age to start thinking about their first car purchase. Lexus first entered the space in 2019 as a way to try and meet young drivers where they already are.

MCS 2024 Ultimate Madden Bowl

The MCS this season saw thousands of players competing, with over double the registered players compared to the previous season. 14 finalists will travel to the Bay Area to compete in EA’s esports broadcast center from January 30th to February 1st. During the Ultimate Madden Bowl presented by Lexus, the final two competitors will fight for their share of a $1 million prize pool.

The winner will also be taking home the first-ever MCS Championship ring designed by Jostens, the same company that has designed 37 of the 57 Super Bowl rings.

As part of the Ultimate Madden Bowl, EA will also crown the first-ever Positive Player Award for MCS. The Award looks to champion the positive players within the MCS 24 community. Finalists include Greg “SL1M GHOST” Allen, Jonathan “JonBeast” Marquez, Dillan “PHICAM” Foust, and Gary “VADimes540” Hash II.
