TCG for Phones, New Legends Game — Pokemon Day Roundup
Pokémon fans finally got to find out what's in store during a Pokémon Day livestream earlier today. Here's what trainers can look forward to this year and beyond.

Pokémon Legends: Z-A
A new mainline game has been revealed, taking trainers to Lumiose City. There is an urban redevelopment plan underway, hoping to bring people and Pokémon together as one community. No specific details were revealed except that the games will be simultaneously released in 2025.
Pokémon TCG Pocket
There's a new app for trading card game players that will make collecting even easier. Pokémon TCG Pocket allows you to open booster packs and display rare and exciting pulls. On top of that, there will be "immersive cards" that let you dive into the card's illustration.
Pokémon TCG Pocket will have two booster packs to open every day for free. This includes nostalgic cards as well as new cards exclusive to the app. There will be some streamlined, quick battles you can take part in with your cards as well.
This free-to-play app will be out later this year.
Pokémon In-Game Events
Pokémon GO has events coming between March 5 and March 11, Pokémon Horizons: The Series. The protagonists of the upcoming Netflix show, Liko and Roy, will be joined by Pikachu in Cap's hat with a new attack, Volt Tackle. Ceruledge, Charcadet, and Amarouge will also be debuting in Pokémon GO.
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet will be getting scheduled Tera Raid Battles, Pokémon Sleep is getting Raikou, and Pokémon UNITE has plenty of action as well. A special event is currently underway that will let you earn Miraidon's UNITE license.
