OTK Shareholders Meeting 2024 Reveals New Creator, Programs, and Events
OTK has grown throughout the years from a group of content creators to media powerhouses with a ton of exciting plans in the works. The OTK Shareholders Meeting is now announcing some new programs for 2024, including shows and esports competitions. Here is what to expect from OTK this year.
Indie Gaming & Publishing News
OTK plans to create Pixel Pitch, a Shark Tank-inspired show for up-and-coming game developers to showcase their new titles in front of OTK creators and other industry leaders. The panel will provide feedback and even future opportunities.
To further provide a platform for indie game developers, OTK is proud to present the return of OTK Games Expo. Indie games will be shown off to OTK's audience all around the world.
Creator News
A new content creator has joined OTK: Will Neff. A blend of comedy and gaming, Will Neff has gained a following across multiple platforms, including YouTube. According to a press release from OTK, Will Neff will be hosting a variety of OTK shows. These shows have not been revealed just yet.
Esports News
When it comes to competitive gaming, OTK has already made an impact in World of Warcraft and that will continue in 2024. OTK is full of content creators that focus on playing WoW so it comes as no surprise that the Hardcore Mak'Gora WoW tourney was the "most popular WoW event in history."
This year, there will be two more WoW events:
- OTK 1v1 Season of Discovery Invitational - March 2024
- The WoW Games - July 2024
Programming News
OTK has become known for its dynamic and unique programs over the years, with each program hosted by popular OTK creators.
Here's a breakdown of what to expect in 2024:
- Always On - In Partnership with AT&T, hosts Emiru and Extra Emily will show off AT&T’s fast and reliable services for both indoor and outdoor activities.
- Steak and Eggs Podcast - The popular OTK podcast returns for 2024! In its first year, Steak and Eggs hit 1 million plays on Spotify within its first 33 episodes where Emiru, Asmongold and Tectone chat all things gaming and lifestyle with special guests.
- OTK Film Festival - Taking inspiration from past green screen competitions, the contestants will have one month to write, film, and edit a cinematic masterpiece of their own design. OTK creators will act as talent for a variety of footage for creatives to use
- OTK Gameday Season 3 - The competition returns as some of the top content creators brave the outside world and compete in weekly sporting events
On top of these events, OTK will also be hosting the Creator Cafe, OTK's Top Streamer, OTK All-Nighter, and more. Stay tuned.
