Just a few days after the Mortal Kombat 1 Pack 1 fighters were leaked, we already have a clue who may be in Pack 2.

A previous DLC leak ended up confirmed by NetherRealm, meaning Homelander, Omni-Man, Peacekeeper, and more are coming to Mortal Kombat 1 at some point. The video got the fighting game community hyped for what’s to come, especially Homelander. The violent villain works perfectly in Mortal Kombat’s gory gameplay.

But the confirmation also had the FGC excited for another reason — it seemed like all previous leaks have been right so far, meaning upcoming leaks may also be valid.

Mortal Kombat Pack 2 Characters Leaked

“Xbox news guy” and industry leaker Idle Sloth recently tweeted a list of characters that he claimed were from another leaker that has been accurate in his leaks so far. If the leak is to be believed, Pack 2 will include:

  • Deathstroke
  • Doom Slayer
  • Harley Quinn
  • Kano
  • Noob Saibot
  • Sareena

The leak also included five Kameo fighters that will come in Pack 2:

  • Bo’Rai Cho
  • Drahmin
  • Hsu Hao
  • Moloch
  • Rain

Right now, this leak is not confirmed by NetherRealm so it may end up not coming true. Still, fighting game fans are pretty confident that the leaks have been trustworthy so far since most have been confirmed by developers soon after. For now, however, we’ll have to wait and see if NetherRealm makes any comment or video.

Unlike the Pack 1 leak, fans are not as hyped for the alleged fighters in Pack 2. A lot of gamers are calling Harley Quinn “played out.” This is probably because she’s been featured in fighting games already, including Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe. Still, her over-the-top violent antics are pretty on brand for the fighting franchise.

Nobody could deny how exciting Doom Slayer would be, however. A lot of replies were fighting game enthusiasts hoping that Doom Slayer would actually show up in Mortal Kombat. The Doom protagonist is a video game icon that is usually seen using guns and rocket launchers so it will be interesting to see how that potentially plays out in Mortal Kombat 1.

Mortal Kombat 1 is coming out September 14, 2023, for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X, and even Nintendo Switch. Pack 1 is not going to arrive until the spring of 2024, however, so Pack 2 has a long wait right now.
