Emerald / Amethyst

This top 8 deck is focused on being evasive, countering more aggressive decks. It’s a pretty standard deck that’s focused on protecting the player’s board state while safely questing for lore.

There were actually a lot of Ruby / Amethyst decks in the top 8 of the PPG Miami tournament. This ink combo is often very aggressive, focused on challenging as soon and as hard as possible. Meanwhile, The Queen and Shield of Virtue are a great card combo for increasing draw power, ensuring you have more consistency. Once you have more cards in your hand, drop some Jafars to deal extra damage.
