LoL Patch 13.7 notes: Every nerf, buff, and addition
League of Legends Patch 13.7 is officially live as League players will have the opportunity at trying out a number of different changes to the game, such as the long-awaited Zeri nerf right in time for the Midseason Invitational.
As Riot looks to adjust the League of Legends patch and competitive meta before MSI, League players have been granted access to a number of various buffs. From buffs to popular League champions such as Katarina, Yasuo, and Alisar, here is everything you need to know about the LoL Patch 13.7 notes, as well as what nerfs and buffs you need to pay close attention to as the patch goes live.
Zeri nerfed in LoL Patch 13.7
The most notable change in LoL Patch 13.7 is the changes to Zeri’s kit. For multiple patches since her release, Zeri has been one of the strongest botlaners for her versatility in team compositions. The electric-based Zaun champion featured excellent abilities that allowed her to dash, kite, and output amazing damage compared to her other botlane counterparts.
However, the newest changes hope to possibly reduce Zeri’s prominence in both the professional and casual League of Legends meta. Zeri’s health growth will now drop to 100 from 115 while her Living Battery Passive will only absorb 45 percent of damage dealt compared to it’s previous 60 percent. That all pales in comparison to the nerfs her ultimate Lightning Crash has recieved. Previously, Zeri players received +100 percent bonus AD. Now, that figure will only be 85 percent going forward into LoL Patch 13.7.

Azir was the biggest winner in LoL Patch 13.7 notes.
Azir was the biggest winner to come out of the League of Legends Patch 13.7 notes as Riot Games has buffed his early game through a number of base stat increases. While his range on his Q was nerfed, that should only change the way his playstyle unfolds during the laning phases of the game.
The extra damage that Azir will now receive will keep him in the League of Legends meta and potentially watch the Emperor of the Sands receive even more playtime.
Raining cat and dog skins to enter LoL Patch 13.7

Kindred, Kled, Yuumi, and Nidalee are set to receive cute cat and dog skins in LoL patch 13.7 as animal lovers will be treated to a wonderfully cute set of skins. Kindred, Kled, and Yuumi’s skins will be dog-themed while Nidalee will receive a cat-themed skin named “Kittalee”.
Here are the names of the four new skins coming to League of Legends Patch 13.7, as well as their individual RP costs.
- Wolf and Lamb Kindred from 1,350 RP
- Kibble-Head Kled from 1,350 RP
- Shiba Yuumi from 1,350 RP
- Kittalee Nidalee from 1,350 RP
