The Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Season 03 has brought interesting questions. One of them is; what's the best build for the TAQ 56? With changes and updates to the game, attachments to weapons can vastly improve its performance and your overall gameplay. With the most popular gun being the TAQ, here's how you should build the gun to get the most out of it.

Ammunition

5.56 High Velocity

While you can go back and forth over adding ammunition or a muzzle to your gun, the High Velocity rounds give you that added range by 10% to take out those pesky angle holders around the map. The muzzle will slow your aim down sight (ADS) speed, and with the speed SMG players play at, losing ADS speed isn't ideal in Ranked Play.

Underbarrel

FSS Sharkfin 90

A universal underbarrel that can be used with any gun and is used by many Pro Call of Duty League players. Some underbarrels take a hit when it comes to movement and ADS speed. The Sharkfin doesn't take a reduction in any category and reduces the sway when ADS'd.

Barrel

17.5" Tundra Pro Barrel

Every major Call of Duty player uses the Tundra Barrel. While it hurts the ADS speed, the damage range and bullet velocity promotion significantly improve the weapon. It allows you to pick enemy players trying to flank your team on objectives.

Stock

TV Cardinal Stock

You need to keep up with their movement ability when running an AR against players who like to run SMGs in Ranked Play. When you're rotating, trying to cut off the enemy team, the Cardinal Stock gives you a movement boost and a better ADS speed. It'll take a slight recoil hit, but it's not enough to be concerned about when you have the other attachments equipped.

Rear Grip

Demo Cleanshot Grip

The vast majority of CDL Pros equip this rear grip to their TAQ 56. Pairing the Demo Cleanshot with the Cardinal Stock gives you the movement needed to keep up with the cracked SMGs. The recoil reduction isn't a major factor compared to the increase in ADS and sprint to fire speed.
